Dubai Real Estate: Boom or Bust

Well, the reason for me to select this topic is that there are lots of rumors regarding Dubai real estate nowadays and opposite news regarding future of Dubai property business are on air in news, TV and internet. But according to me reality is that speculations are much higher than actual crisis and all such disturbing news about Dubai real estate industry are result of lack of information about Dubai Property and financial environment over there. Let us have a look that whether Dubai economic situation is in burst or is there still some probability for its boom in future.

Dubai Real Estate Burst:

As far as downfall or Burst of Dubai economic, financial and property industry is concerned, it is not as high as it being propagated in media. Current crisis in Dubai is the part of overall economic recession all over the world and this global economic recession is mainly due to the wars going in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, some big players of real estate investment fetched their investment out of Dubai in the last two years which is the main reason for overall crisis of Dubai and same economic crisis was faced by Malaysia and Indonesia in the last decade but both countries had succeeded in surviving those crises. Similarly, it’s not over yet in Dubai and this entire crisis is just temporary which is always there in Business Cycle of economies.

Dubai Real Estate Boom:

The second question is that if Dubai succeeds to get rid of this current crisis then; is there any probability that whether Dubai would be able to get back its previous economic and financial condition and if so then is there any furthermore place of Dubai business especially Dubai real estate industry for getting Boom once again.

My answer to all these questions is yes because I think that there is still much more to invest in Dubai real estate and other businesses and still some of the world’s biggest projects are going on there in Dubai. Also, there are symptoms of increase in real estate transactions in last 5 months in Dubai. Big players of investment in real estate are rushing towards Dubai as prices are at bottom in Dubai and these are likely to start getting increased till the end of this year. Burj Dubai, Burj Khalifah, Dubai Mall, JumeirahVillage and DubaiPalmIsland are some masterpieces which no other place in the world has and it has a big attraction for tourists from all over the world.

So, keeping in view all such factors, I am optimist about future of Dubai and it would continue to be the tourist hub and focus of investors from all over the world as Dubai authorities are striving hard to fight this current crisis and they have also succeeded to a large extent.
